Subject: [PATCH] headers: remove aio.h from sched.h

* remove aio.h, it's unused both technically and logically (VM stuff after all)
* fix compilation with aio.h and uio.h inclusions

Remove laptop_mode_sync() proto to not add forward declaration,
it seems this function was never merged and is development artefact.
