Subject: [PATCH v1] Input: tegra-kbc - fix wakeup from suspend.

For wakeup to be reliable, kbc needs to be in interrupt mode before suspend.
Created common routine to control the FIFO interrupt.
Added synchronization to ensure orderly suspend.
