Subject: [PATCH] kernel.h/checkpatch: Mark strict_strto<foo> and
 simple_strto<foo> as obsolete

Mark obsolete/deprecated strict_strto<foo> and simple_strto<foo>
functions and macros as obsolete.

Update checkpatch to warn about their use.
