percpu_read() used in asm/percpu.h yet. Anyway, I removed definitions
here and do a work around for the function as following:

Good reminder!
Currently, only x86 has specific percpu_xxx() definition. Other
platforms use generic version. And for this function, it is not preempt
safe. So, it should be fine here.

Since percpu_xxx() serial functions are duplicate with this_cpu_xxx().
Removing percpu_xxx() definition and replacing them by this_cpu_xxx() in
using. This patch is just do code clean up, no function change.
