Subject: [PATCH 11/11] Staging: comedi: fix printk issue in cb_pcidda.c

Added #define pr_fmt(fmt) KBUILD_MODNAME ": " fmt.
converted printks to dev_printk level.
Removed unnecessary printk statements.
