mrst: Kill the sst audio driver
The sst audio mode isn't exposed in the PC mode used by Oaktrail devices so
it isn't in any products. The Medfield device has a similar audio layer but
this is handled by the ALSA SoC driver so we don't need this driver any
more.
We have to move a couple of headers because soc was fishing in the staging
directory when it shouldn't. I've pointed this out some months back and they
did nothing so I'm doing it for them.
