Subject: [PATCH] Compile error with allmodconfig and CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT_FULL=y

ERROR: "in_serving_softirq" [net/sched/cls_cgroup.ko] undefined!

The above can be fixed by exporting in_serving_softirq
