Hm. non-atomic ops for pc->flags seems dangerous.
How about try to remove PCG_CACHE ? Maybe we can depends on PageAnon(page).
We see 'page' on memcg->lru now.
I'm sorry I forgot why we needed PCG_CACHE flag..
