Subject: 3.2-rc3+: [drm:i915_hangcheck_elapsed] *ERROR* Hangcheck timer
elapsed... GPU hung
Recently I've started to get Black Screen after some
hours of work at
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 0c)
It's a laptop+attached VGA to it.
I've gathered 2 erors states fo 2 such blackouts.
vanilla kernel:
linux-3.2.0-rc3-00099-g883381d
gentoo's userland:
xorg-1.11.2
libdrm-2.4.27
xf86-video-intel-2.17.0
Attached dmesg_1.txt for second dump, but there is nothing fancy.
The issue renders even without suspend/resume cycles. It just takes
a lot of time (0.5-2 days).
Thanks!
