Is the task going to be TASK_UNINTERRUPTIBLE with SIGSTOP? Don't think
so.
Note "Preemption while TASK_RUNNING or TASK_UNINTERRUPTIBLE" is not
functional for guest-paused-via-QEMU-monitor case.
