- fix checkpatch issues
- use tty_port_tty_get/tty_kref_put in efm32_usart_rx_chars
- handle parity and csize in .set_termios and
efm32_usart_console_get_options
- drop clearing HUPCL from c_cflag and everything from c_iflag in
