Subject: [PATCH] pcmcia: Convert to DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE
Convert static struct pci_device_id *[] to static DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE
tables. Also convert to use PCI_DEVICE macro for better readablity.
