Subject: [PATCH] USB: EHCI: Don't use NO_IRQ in xilinx ehci driver

Drivers shouldn't use NO_IRQ. This driver is used
by Microblaze and PPC. PPC defines NO_IRQ as 0
and Microblaze has removed it.
