Subject: [PATCH 1/2] lkdtm: use atomic_t to replace count_lock

Andrew, this patch replaces
lkdtm-avoid-calling-lkdtm_do_action-with-spin-lock-held.patch
in your tree.

---------->

The spin lock count_lock only protects count, it can be removed by
using atomic_t. Suggested by Arnd.
