Subject: [PATCH 04/50] adi/blackfin: set addr_assign_type correctly if random

Set the addr_assign_type for adi driver correctly to
NET_ADDR_RANDOM if a random MAC address was generated.
Reset the state to NET_ADDR_PERM as soon as the MAC get
changed via .ndo_set_mac_address.
