Subject: [PATCH 2/7] mfd: split off mc13xxx SPI specifica from core

mc13xxx-core.c includes handling SPI directly.
To be able to alternatively use mc13xxx with I2C,
split off SPI specific functionality into separate
file mc13xxx-spi.c, leaving mc13xxx-core.c independent
of the chosen wiring.
