Subject: [PATCH 01/39] autonuma: make set_pmd_at always available
set_pmd_at() will also be used for the knuma_scand/pmd = 1 (default)
mode even when TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE=n. Make it available so the build
won't fail.
