Hmm, even more interesting, it seems like disabling CONFIG_PREEMPT
fixes it (most likely because CONFIG_TINY_PREEMPT_RCU and
CONFIG_PREEMPT_RCU gets disabled, and CONFIG_TINY_RCU gets enabled.
Does that explain anything on why it fails?
