Vivek, I noticed these lines in cfq code

                sscanf(dev_name(bdi->dev), "%u:%u", &major, &minor);

Why not use bdi->dev->devt?  The problem is that dev_name() will
return "btrfs-X" for btrfs rather than "major:minor".
