Subject: [PATCH v2 06/19] PCI: prepare for serializing hotplug operations triggered by pciehp driver

From: Jiang Liu <jiang.liu@...wei.com>

when using PCI hotplug lock to serialize hotplug operations triggered
by pciehp driver.
