Subject: linux-next: manual merge of the net-next tree with the ceph tree

Hi all,

Today's linux-next merge of the net-next tree got a conflict in
net/ceph/osdmap.c between commit 8b3932690084 ("crush: warn on do_rule
failure") from the ceph tree and commit 95c961747284 ("net: cleanup
unsigned to unsigned int") from the net-next tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary.
