Subject: [PATCH v2] staging: gdm72xx: Add GCT GDM72xx WiMAX driver.

This patch provides the kernel driver for the GDM72xx WiMAX chips
developed by GCT Semiconductor, Inc., which enables mobile WiMAX
connection on the Linux host.
