Subject: linux-next: manual merge of the gpio tree with the s5p tree

Hi Grant,

Today's linux-next merge of the gpio tree got a conflict in
drivers/gpio/gpio-samsung.c between commit ef04afd5451b ("ARM: EXYNOS:
add GPC4 bank instance") from the s5p tree and commit fd454997d687
("gpio: samsung: refactor gpiolib init for exynos4/5") from the gpio tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary.
