Subject: [PATCH] staging: comedi: pcl816: if test should use logical OR not bitwise OR
This quiets a couple sparse warnings about:
warning: dubious: !x | !y
warning: dubious: x | !y
Also, remove the unnecessary parentheses abound the variables.
