Subject: [PATCHv2 2/6] hfs: get rid of lock_super

From: Artem Bityutskiy <artem.bityutskiy@...ux.intel.com>

Stop using lock_super for serializing the MDB changes - use the buffer-head own
lock instead. Tested with fsstress.
