Subject: [ 029/187] ipv6: fib: Restore NTF_ROUTER exception in fib6_age()

From: Greg KH <gregkh@...uxfoundation.org>

3.4-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

[ Upstream commit 8bd74516b1bd9308c17f67583134d93f777203ca ]

Commit 5339ab8b1dd82 (ipv6: fib: Convert fib6_age() to
dst_neigh_lookup().) seems to have mistakenly inverted the
exception for cached NTF_ROUTER routes.
