Subject: [PATCH 3/6] power_supply: add new lp8788 charger driver

TI LP8788 PMU has the battery charger function.
Configurable charging parameters can be defined in the platform data.
And charging parameters can be read via the sysfs.
Charging interrupts are passed from lp8788 irq thread and
each interrupt can be handled in the charger driver.
