Subject: [PATCH] ALSA: pcm - Don't define ARCH_HAS_DMA_MMAP_COHERENT privately for ARM

The ARM architecture now defines ARCH_HAS_DMA_MMAP_COHERENT, there's no
need to define it privately anymore.
