Subject: [PATCH 10/10] ktest: Allow perl regex expressions in conditional statements

Add '=~' and '!~' to the list of allowed conditionals for DEFAULT and
TEST_START section if statements.

ie.

 TEST_START IF TEST =~ .*test$
