Dmitry
Input: get rid of MATCH_BIT() macro
From: Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@...il.com>
MATCH_BIT() is ugly and stupid, we have much nicer bitmap_subset() which
does the same and does not hide control flow.
