I recommend creating a bool variable storing the result of norm & V4L2_STD_NTSC
rather than repeating it.

Also, do you really mean 'norm & V4L2_STD_NTSC', or do you mean
'norm & V4L2_STD_525_60'?

My guess is the latter.
