Subject: [PATCH v4 03/10] pinctrl: mvebu: kirkwood pinctrl driver

This patch adds a SoC specific pinctrl driver for Marvell Kirkwood SoCs
plus DT binding documentation. This driver will use the mvebu pinctrl
driver core.
