I think it is the time taken by the console spitting all of it's
accumulated printk.
In other words, when the console comes up, all the preceding printks are written
in one go on the serial port at 115200 bauds.
a quick wc on your bootlog leads to a byte count over 6000
at ten bits (8 bits + start + stop) per byte you need 60000 /115200 ie
520 milliseconds.
Try booting with the quiet command line argument, look at the dmesg output,
delay should be gone
