In other words, when the console comes up, all the preceding printks are written in one go on the serial port at 115200 bauds. a quick wc on your bootlog leads to a byte count over 6000 at ten bits (8 bits + start + stop) per byte you need 60000 /115200 ie 520 milliseconds.
