"Dependency" probably isn't correct.
However, the intent of tegra_defconfig is to provide a useful
configuration for Tegra boards. Without the ability to use
iwconfig/iwlist, enabling the wireless driver doesn't seem useful; how
would someone configure the wireless connection?
