Subject: [PATCH 3/4] PCI, ACPI: Remove not used acpi_pci_root_start()
Now with new acpi_bus_add, we could move code in acpi_pci_root_start into
acpi_pci_root_add.
After that we could remove acpi_pci_root_start.
