Subject: [PATCH] perf/x86: Avoid kfree() in CPU_{STARTING,DYING}

On -rt kfree() can schedule, but CPU_{STARTING,DYING} should be
atomic. So use a list to defer kfree until CPU_{ONLINE,DEAD}.
