  Hum, this is interesting. The warning is:
        WARN_ON_ONCE(IS_RDONLY(inode) &&
                     !(EXT3_SB(inode->i_sb)->s_mount_state & EXT3_ERROR_FS));

  So inode passed to writeback is on read-only filesystem. Is there
anything else iteresting in the logs? Do you have some ext3 filesystem
mounted read-only?

  And this seems unrelated - likely an NFS problem... Let's sort this out
if you still see it after ext3 issue is solved.
