Subject: [PATCH 2/2] timer: use new setup_timer_deferrable() macro

Now, we have a handy macro for initializing deferrable timer.
Using it makes code clean and easy to understand.

Additionally, in some driver codes, use setup_timer() instead of init_timer().

This patch doesn't make any functional difference.
