Subject: [PATCH 0/4] x86, cacheinfo: Use AMD topology extensions

Hi,

Following patches modify cachinfo code to make use of AMD's topology
extension CPUID functions. Thus (hopefully) we can avoid CPU specific
modifications whenever cache topology changes.
