Subject: [linux-next PATCH] PM / devfreq: documentation cleanups for devfreq header
struct parameters need to have ':' in documentation for
scripts/kernel-doc to parse appropriately.
Fix the errors reported by:
./scripts/kernel-doc include/linux/devfreq.h >/dev/null
