Subject: [PATCH] staging: ste_rmi4: Convert to Type-B support

Subject: [PATCH] staging: ste_rmi4: Convert to Type-B support

This patch:
- Convert to MT-B because Synaptics touch devices are capable of
  tracking identifiable fingers
- Modify maximum supported fingers up to 10
- Set INPUT_PROP_POINTER for direct input devices

Any comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Alexandra Chin
