Subject: [PATCH 2/3] staging/rtl8187se: Fix spacing coding style in ieee80211/dot11d.c

The following errors and warnings fixed.
- WARNING: braces {} are not necessary for single statement blocks
- ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
- ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
- ERROR: space prohibited after that open parenthesis '('
