Subject: [PATCH] rtc: add RTC driver for TPS80031/TPS80032

Add an RTC driver for TPS80031/TPS80032 chips by TI.
This driver supports:
- Setting and getting time and date.
- Setting and reading alarm time.
- Alarm and interrupt functionlity.
