Samsung Exynos5 Analog to Digital Converter bindings

Required properties:
- compatible: Must be "samsung,exynos5250-adc" for exynos5250 controllers.
- reg: Contains ADC register address range (base address and
			length).
- interrupts: Contains the interrupt information for the timer. The
			format is being dependent on which interrupt controller
			the Samsung device uses.

Example:

adc@...10000 {
	compatible = "samsung,exynos5250-adc";
	reg = <0x12D10000 0x100>;
	interrupts = <0 106 0>;
	#address-cells = <1>;
	#size-cells = <1>;
	ranges;
};
