One interesting aspect of this writeback-cache case is the handling of
"disk full" errors.  The write-begin function should make sure that
space is reserved on disk for the write, but this patchset doesn't do
that.  It's not a huge issue, but maybe worth thinking about (and a
comment above the fuse_write_begin() function).
