Subject: Bug report on plug-in to USB3 port

Hi All,

[1.] One line summary of the problem:
Crashed when I resumed from suspend and at the same time plugged in a USB mouse into a USB 3.0 port

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
I had my ivy bridge laptop Vostro 3560 suspended. I opened the lid and either a second before or at
the same time I plugged in my USB 2.0 Logitech  mouse. The result is the kernel panic as per below link

Sorry, I can't. But this has happened before, so should be partially reproducible. Also happens to
my colleague with USB3 port + USB2 stick.

Using AMD driver 13.1 for my video card. But that seems to be entirely irrelevant.

I used to have this bug often before, but nowadays I am having it much less often. This I think was
a bit particular because of the timing of the plug-in of the USB mouse.
