Subject: [PATCH 6/8] wimax: Remove unnecessary alloc/OOM messages, alloc cleanups

alloc failures already get standardized OOM
messages and a dump_stack.

Convert kzalloc's with multiplies to kcalloc.
Remove now unused size variables.
