It should not be like that. Actually when pre-init exits, cleanup code
umount tmpfs,
which in turn cleanups the RAM.

Also ffter unpacking of signed image, it can be just removed.
In fact, IIRC, switch root cleans up ramfs.

I think everything is fine here...
