Subject: [PATCH 1/3 v3] selftests: Add tests for efivarfs

This change adds a few initial efivarfs tests to the
tools/testing/selftests directory.

The open-unlink test is based on code from
Lingzhu Xiang <lxiang@...hat.com>.
