Subject: [PATCH] dmaengine: add the freescale M54xx/MPC8220 MCD DMA driver
Add the MultiChannel DMA driver for ColdFire M54xx and MPC8220 processors.
This driver was provided by Freescale for the 2.6.25 kernel, and is needed
by the ethernet FEC driver of the ColdFire M547x and M548x processors.
I have cleaned it up as much as possible and installed it in the
drivers/dma tree as it is not specific to a single cpu architecture.
It is not dmaengine-enabled, as that's not needed for the above FEC driver,
but that needs a small rule change in drivers/Makefile to enter drivers/dma
on CONFIG_DMADEVICES instead of CONFIG_DMAENGINE.
This driver has been tested by testing successfully the FEC ethernet
driver on M54xx hardware.

I have already sent that patch, but probably with a wrong keyword (dma
instead of dmaengine), as I did not receive any comment. I have changed
the keyword to 'dmaengine' now. I have also split the m68k-specific patch
part in a separate m68k-specific forthcoming patch.

+ * executes, we want to freeze that task and only that task.
+ *
+ * The bits of the debug control register influence interrupts vs.
+ * breakpoints as follows:
+ * - Bits 14 and 0 enable or disable debug functions. If enabled, you

+ * - Bits 2 and 1 decide whether you also get a breakpoint in addition

+ * to the external breakpoint pin, or both.
+ * - Bits 14 and 1 perform the above-described functions for

+ * - Bits 0 and 2 perform the above-described functions for external
+ * conditions, i.e., the breakpoint external pin.
+ *
+ * Note that, although you "always" get the interrupt when you turn
+ * the debug functions, the interrupt can nevertheless, if desired, be
